Student Room Stay

Problem

  • Student Room Stay (SRS) had another agency that wasn’t meeting their needs
  • Agency couldn’t hit deadlines, wasn’t moving fat enough
  • SUS’s business was growing very rapidly, and they needed a new partner that could hold them accountable and offer strategic support, and keep pace with their business objectives. 

Solution

  • Studio12 began the engagement with an audit to understand their systems and technology then custom built a team of specialized resources based on the SRS tech stack to augment their current team.
  • The team then worked hand in hand with the CTO to create goals and execute on the company vision. 
  • New Processes:
    • Studio12 Implemented AWS Pipeline for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring automated delivery of updates across different environments.
    • Utilized AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning, enabling automated and consistent deployment of resources across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Built a Mobile App in iOS and Android using Swift and Kotlin
  • Built a new website using TypeScript and Leveraged AWS Lambda Functions for efficient backend and API development
